My name is Danielle Poleski, and I am reaching out to you on behalf of Waymo (formerly known as Google’s self-driving car project) and Formation, from San Francisco, California.
Waymo has recently established an engineering office in Warsaw and will be launching a software engineering internship program for university students in Summer 2025.

In collaboration with Waymo, my company, Formation, has developed a specialized interview preparation program for this summer tailored to assist computer science and STEM students in getting ready for the internship's interviews. It's 100% remote and free. Our primary aim is to increase the representation of female engineers within the organization.

Who should apply?



Polish university students pursuing a BS/MA in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Static) graduating between December 2025 and June 2027.

*Including Masters students seeking internships between 1st and 2nd year of their studies.

People passionate about autonomous driving technology, with previous internship or project experience.

Individuals fully fluent in English both written and verbal.

Individuals who can commit a minimum of 15 hours a week to the program between July 1, 2024 - January 31, 2025.
