PhD Position in the Area of Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing at the Institute of Signal Processing
This position offers the possibility to work in close cooperation with a leading industrial partner.
Job Duties:
Research in the area of acoustics, speech and signal processing
Development and evaluation of algorithms for an improved speech recognition in voice assistance devices
Noise reduction
De-reverberation
Beamforming
Source localization
Dissemination of the results at international conferences and in international journals
Your Qualifications:
Master degree in Audio Engineering, Information Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering, respectively, or in a closely related field of study
Strong background in signal processing
Independent and self-motivated working
Additional background in speech processing desirable
Language English and/or German
The minimum salary in accordance with the collective agreement is € 2.731,00 gross per month.
